Thank you Tim for allowing us to all be together for a vacation for the first time in years! Sidenote: we didn't use the beach box but it definitely is a neat handy thing to have. We made friends with some of the other owners, everyone was super nice and helpful there. So great of a time, I will be renting again next yr. The one bed wasnt the comfiest but we dealt with it. Most time was spent at the pool, beach, or out on boardwalk. It was a little snug for 10 people (7 adults and 3 kids) but it worked because we really only showered and slept there. One thing the family and I HIGHLY LOVED that was with 3 showers, water has great pressure and ALWAYS HOT! Downside but we made it work. Tim was great at answering any questions I had and keeping in contact. Location was perfect for us( I mean who could hate waking up to the beach right outside lol). I cant say enough good things about this rental. Thanks for everything, we hope to return soon. This is the perfect place to make family memories and it is owned by people who really care about their renters.

Upon check-out, Tim emailed us to ensure we were satisfied and was interested in any thoughts or suggestions we had on how to improve the place for future guests. They made sure we had their information and were happy to answer any questions and give advice on the local area and attractions. Tim and his wife put a lot of work and thought into the making this place like a home and it shows.
What made this stay especially nice was the communication from the owners. The Sun Dog Cafe was literally steps away, with great food and snacks for everyone. The front door opened out across from the pool, grills, and patio, with the beach access right beyond that. The showers all had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The rooms were bright and clean with all the small extra touches that made our stay enjoyable. Tim and his wife were very attentive to details that made our family want for nothing. The ability to have the family still all together in the same space, while having 2 separate bedrooms, three showers, and a common living area was absolutely perfect, and at a more affordable price then renting two separate places. While looking at options, we saw "Serenity Now" listed by the Prices.
With 4 kids getting older and needing their own space, we were thinking we would need to rent 2 condos with all the extra costs and logistics that entails. We have stayed at the Madrid a few times in some wonderful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condos. Please note that linens and towels are NOT included there are several companies in Wildwood that provide linen rentals for your convenience.

The full size sleeper-sofa in the living room is large enough for 1 adult or 2 children.Ī reserved parking spot is included, as well as a Wildwood Crest parking pass for free parking of a second vehicle in the nearby metered parking spots. The upper bunk in the second bedroom has a maximum weight capacity of 225 pounds. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-sized bunkbed. Each bedroom and the living room have a full bathroom with tub. 'Serenity Now' has 2 bedrooms and a living room with fully equipped kitchen. You can even watch Wildwood's fireworks from the sun deck on Friday nights! To make your days on the beach even more convenient the unit comes with a "beach box", which is a small (4' x 4' x 2.5') storage unit for storing chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc right on the beach. In addition to the pool, the Madrid building has a full complement of amenities including: relaxing sun deck, BBQ grills, picnic area, outside shower, volleyball court, laundry room, and onsite cafe. This prime condo fronts directly on the always-free beach, so there's nothing between you and the sand but the gorgeous heated swimming pool.
